In An Effort....

to be more like my dear Mrs. S, who is the most organized, multi-task capable person alive, I planned my meals for the week. YEA me!

Monday - Lemon Garlic Talipia, garlic broccoli , and some boxed noodley thing.
Tuesday - Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper (this is the night KK and I go to our Weight Watcher meetings.... shhhhhhhhh don't tell anybody, but we don't count our points for this meal! LOL) and I'm sure we'll have my favorite thing ever, canned mushy peas! I so love canned peas. Sick, I know!
Wednesday - Zesty Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken over baked potatoes with a green salad.
Thursday - Meatloaf muffins (a WW recipe that is just Stove Top stuffing mixed with lean ground beef, with some beef broth and egg whites for a binder) then cooked in a muffin tin to have easy to calculate servings. They are KK and SS approved. I bought a big bag of carrots, so I'll try to find an extra yummy cooked carrot recipe and rice pilaf.
Friday - Pork Loin Roast, roasted sweet potatoes, and green salad.
Saturday - Leftover day!
Sunday - Chili (from the freezer) and maybe I'll search for a low-cal cornbread recipe too.

Hey, maybe I'll even take some pictures!!!!!

I am always amazed at what you are able to get your girls to eat. They certainly have very "mature" taste buds!

I want to be organized, really I do, but first let me find my pen and paper, or maybe I need a Day Planner, or perhaps my Outlook Express calendar would be a better choice, or......

Susie, your doing better than me! I like to try and do this, but never seem to get that far...at least I haven't in a long long time! I'm lucky I know that evening what I'm going to make!

Sounds awesome! You've done what I keep telling myself to do - plan my meals! I have it written on my kitchen chalk board and everything. I walk by it, look at it, snort a little then tell myself, "You really should do that" and keep going. :)

I'll have to remember the meatloaf thingies - those sound good and easy. Can't wait to see the pics. :)
