Best meatloaf recipe.
1# hamburger
1# pork sausage
one or two eggs
about 1/2 cup milk
about 1 cup Progresso Italian crumb
Tablespoon of soy sauce
fresh ground pepper
chopped onions
either basil or parsley
either ketchup or chili sauce
garlic if you feel like it
mix mix mix bake at 350 for one hour. Make a loaf down the middle of a pan with 'ditches' on either side. So good. great sandwiches.
